students used are exceptional results for those hard-working students
who practise Amosdoll’s methods thoroughly; and are not intended to be
and are not a guarantee that you or others will achieve the same
results.
The methods are always there to help, but
individual results will always vary and yours will depend entirely on
your individual capacity, practise time, prior music skills and
experience, level of motivation, diligence in applying the courses,
products, and services as provided on bestpianomethod.com.
Amosdoll’s products and services are not responsible for your actions.
You are solely responsible for your own will,
decisions, motivation to practise, and the evaluation and use of our
products and services should be based on your own due diligence.
You agree that Amosdoll is not liable to you in any way for your results in using our products and services.

3. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Services
For all services, in particular the Full Song
Video Lesson Service, Transcription Service, and Cover Request Service.
You agree that once the service has been started, doesn't matter
whether if there are transcription errors or stylistic differences, then
there are no refunds for the initial payment because the work put into
the service time is not refundable.
3.2 Membership Subscriptions
For any Amosdoll's memberships - whether it
is the Premium Membership, Library Of Full Song Video Lesson Membership,
Ear Mastery Membership, will continue month-to-month unless and until
you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must have Internet
access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment
to use the membership services. We will bill the monthly membership fee
to the payment method used when signing up unless updated or changed by
the subscriber. You hold responsibility to cancel your membership before
it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s
membership fees to your Payment Method.
You have THIRTY (30) Days from
the date of the original purchase to request a refund for any of your
monthly membership subscription. Any refund request after the
THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time within the initial THIRTY (30) Days and still have access to the membership.
After THIRTY (30) Days the original payment and all payments after are 100% final and non refundable. These will not be refunded for any circumstance.
3.3 Free Trials
On activation, a free trial account sign up member will have THIRTY (30) Days to try the membership. The member may cancel future charges during this THIRTY (30) Days period by removing their credit card in the dashboard of the membership billing area. After THIRTY (30) Days the user will be billed the regular corresponding membership amounts and billed every THIRTY (30) Days after until canceled. After the THIRTY (30) Days free trial period is over ALL payments are non refundable. This means the initial payment after the THIRTY (30) Days is non refundable after payment is completed and the membership is activated.
You agree that it is your responsibility to
confirm the cancellation of your membership before the trial date is
over, and thus we do not hold liable to you forgetting to cancel.

4. PIANO & MASTERY COURSES
You
have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to review
the training and preview the course. Any refund requests after the
THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed.
No refunds will be processed after more than or equal to 50% of the content is consumed.

5. YOUR ACCOUNT

with, and as you use, the Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod Services, and you
agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and
complete. You agree that Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod may store and use
the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to
your Account.
Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod
reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for
particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously
purchased training, courses or content that is no longer valid or deemed
out of date.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training, courses or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You
agree that the Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod, including but not limited to
Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod Products and services, user interface, audio
clips, video clips from courses and membership content, templates
contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Amosdoll |
BestPianoMethod and is protected by applicable intellectual property
and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.
You agree that you will not use such
proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for
use of the Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod Services in compliance with this
Agreement. No portion of the Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod Services may be
reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written
permission from Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod. You agree not to record,
modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works
based on the Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod teaching content in any manner,
and you shall not exploit the Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod brand in any
unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass
or burdening network capacity.
All copyrights in and to Amosdoll |
BestPianoMethod (including the compilation of content, course and
membership content, and descriptions of those resources) and related
software are owned by Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod, who reserve all their
rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF
Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod, EXCEPT FOR USE OF Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod
AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON
THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL
AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
You agree that the Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod, including but not limited to Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod Products and services, user interface, audio clips, video clips from courses and membership content, templates contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Amosdoll | BestPianoMethod and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.
